An apprentice (with low incomes Y-1) with a T1 apartment, will have a housing benefit of €310 from the family allowance department (“CAF”). The remaining balance is €35 per month
The rent is composed of the housing cost, and all the charges (electricity, water, furniture, and house insurance). The housing benefit (called “APL”) covers until 90% of the rent.
